maybe i liked this video a little more when i clicked on the link today in brian's facebook because for the last 2 weeks my love and i have a game going. one that involves stairs. when we're coming out of the parking garage and through the doors do i say "i have to go to the washroom so bad" so that i can beeline it to the elevator (regardless of the fact that i've been proved to twice that it takes the same amount of time)...or do i just quietly make the turn the other way that leads to the 8 flights of stairs up? maybe it's because this week my love and i had a conversation in the car about how to change those little 'habits' that we all have. like not taking the stairs when there's an easier option.
