i am a west coast girl through + through...living in saskatoon and loving it here too.
i am almost always thinking about what makes people tick
i am so thankful that i get to work at home - me.my love.my apple.tunes.coffee + my right brain
i am the luckiest daughter, little sister, big sister, daughter-in-law, friend, wife + mother.
i am a quiet person (with lots to share to those i trust), a dreamer + a procrastinator
i am a blogger because it helps me think deeper, see more, and grow.
i am always saying...it’s tamila - like pamela with a “t”

i am a lover of... the smell of moist dirt.rainy days.good coffee.green matcha tea.taking pictures.wandering anthropologie.time with people i feel myself with.a warm bed in the morning.being creative.walking on trails covered by a tree canopy.watching leaves change in the autumn.seeing someone’s heart in a conversation

i am in awe of how love grows. when i first laid eyes on daren in 1999, i told my best friend i’d found the guy i was going to marry. january 07. 2007 i found out i could predict the future. i look at my husband everyday and wonder how i got so lucky. i look at our new daughter, vesper, and i realize i was only beginning to realize how lucky we were before her. love makes hearts grow. this i’m thankful for.

i am looking forward to traveling more.learning to fly fish.making sure my husband and my daughter feels adored everyday.writing.painting.sewing.creating.reading.sharing meals with friends.

i am going to try to read this quote more often... “as a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. to make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. to make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives.”  henry david thoreau
